About This Role
- Own execution of the product roadmap for UAV systems from concept through production, focusing on lifecycle planning of UAV platforms and payloads.
- Gather and translate customer needs, market research, and competitor analysis into actionable product requirements and clear product documentation (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, electronics, software, production, regulatory, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment, regulatory compliance, and support business development efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science), Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years work experience in product management, project management, systems engineering, or related roles in tech or hardware sectors.
- Strong interest or familiarity with UAV, aerospace, robotics, or autonomous systems.
- On-site role based in Navi Mumbai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing hardware-software integrated products, preferably UAVs, robotics, IoT, or automotive sectors.
- Strong ability to grasp and translate complex hardware and software concepts for diverse stakeholders, indicating technical aptitude and cross-functional facilitation skills.
- Capable of coordinating with regulatory and certification processes related to aviation (e.g., DGCA, FAA, EASA) and supporting compliance.
