About This Role
- Lead end-to-end UX research and UI design for AI-driven applications, focusing on integrating non-deterministic AI outputs into intuitive user experiences.
- Design and prototype dynamic conversational interfaces and visualizations that handle real-time large language model outputs across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Conduct usability tests and user advocacy to ensure AI features foster user trust and meet workflow needs in an enterprise environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience with emphasis on AI and agentic systems.
- 3-5+ years hands-on user research and usability testing experience, owning projects from ideation to delivery.
- Degree required in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Location: Hyderabad, India, with working hours overlapping Central European Time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to unify deep user research with high-fidelity UI design in fluid AI environments involving large language models and machine learning.
- Experience working in agile teams developing AI applications, applying design systems to maintain visual consistency and accessibility.
- Comfortable with basic software development knowledge and agentic SDLC tools (e.g., Claude Code) to facilitate collaboration with engineers.
