About This Role
- Lead and drive end-to-end execution of large-scale IT programs ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee multiple projects including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.
- Manage, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders including clients and leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, People Management, Product Management, and Strategy Development within IT services.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, software development, e-Commerce, and enterprise solutions.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies; relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, CSM are required.
- Experience working with Retail customers.
