About This Role
- Build and deploy production-grade LLM-powered agents and agentic workflows with a focus on multi-agent interoperability and workflow orchestration.
- Optimize AI/agentic systems for evaluation, tracing, observability, latency, and performance in live environments.
- Implement security guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and robust failure/recovery mechanisms for reliable AI services.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in software engineering, ML, or Generative AI application development involving production deployment of LLM agents.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript with experience in production AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AWS, and AWS AgentCore technologies.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in agent architecture including prompting, tool calling, planning/reasoning, memory and context management.
- Experienced in designing complex multi-agent workflows with standards like A2A and MCP for agent interoperability.
- Comfortable managing AI system performance, security, and human-in-the-loop control in cloud-native environments.
