Manage and support enterprise AI platforms on Microsoft Azure to enable secure, scalable, and cost-effective onboarding and operation of Generative AI and Agentic AI workloads.
Operate and maintain Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and associated platform services including API management and AI gateways for production readiness and governance.
Maintain operational documentation, monitor AI workload performance and observability, and coordinate incident and risk resolution with internal teams and Microsoft.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years hands-on Microsoft Azure administration and operations experience including production cloud environment support.
Strong experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Azure API Management (APIM).
Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and AI guardrails including monitoring and security controls.
Preferred certification: Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104); additional certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) are advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operationalizing and governing AI workloads in enterprise cloud environments, specifically on Microsoft Azure AI platforms.
Skilled in incident management, stakeholder coordination, and creating operational runbooks and governance documentation.
Knowledgeable about AI workload observability, security best practices, and cost management for scalable AI services.
