About This Role
- Own and manage the product backlog for automated scheduling applications in labeling and corrugated ERP platforms.
- Translate roadmap initiatives into epics and user stories; coordinate multi-team sprint planning and delivery of scheduling features.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, UX, and customers to ensure scheduling products deliver measurable operational value to manufacturers.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in software environment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and managing product backlogs.
- Experience with ERP systems and understanding of production scheduling or manufacturing operations.
- Work Experience Required: 3–5+ years in relevant roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with manufacturing, production scheduling, or scheduling optimization applications preferred.
- Skilled at translating manufacturing workflow requirements into scalable product capabilities.
- Comfortable working between technical teams and manufacturing customers, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
