About This Role
- Lead end-to-end UX research and UI design for AI-driven enterprise applications, focusing on user trust and intuitive interfaces for non-deterministic AI outputs.
- Design and test complex conversational AI workflows and dynamic UIs that handle unpredictable data and real-time generative interactions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys integrating large language models and AI, ensuring accessibility and visual consistency using enterprise design systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience with demonstrated work on AI-driven and agentic systems.
- 3-5+ years hands-on user research experience, including usability testing and owning projects from start to stakeholder delivery.
- Degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, India with availability during IST evening hours overlapping Central European Time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior individual contributor rather than manager, with ability to integrate UX research and UI design into a fullstack role.
- Deep expertise in designing for applied AI including generative AI, conversational assistants, and LLM-based interfaces.
- Operationally strong in agile environments using advanced prototyping tools like Figma and agentic software development lifecycle methodologies.
