About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of eCommerce and software projects from requirements gathering to closure.
- Translate client requirements into functional specs including SRS, BRD, and user stories, identifying gaps and risks.
- Manage coordination among developers, QA, and clients to ensure timely resolution of blockers and successful project go-live.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in IT services, software delivery, or eCommerce.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand APIs, integrations, frontend/backend workflows, databases, SDLC, QA, UAT, and deployment processes.
- Work Experience Required: 3–4 years; coding skills not required but technical understanding of platforms like Shopify is needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working directly with clients on software/eCommerce projects, especially using Shopify or similar platforms.
- Strong ownership with capability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under pressure.
- Proven skills in structured documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories) and logical problem-solving oriented delivery mindset.
