Experience working directly with clients on software/eCommerce projects, especially using Shopify or similar platforms.
Strong ownership with capability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under pressure.
Proven skills in structured documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories) and logical problem-solving oriented delivery mindset.
