About This Role
- Partner with Product Managers to define user problems, clarify outcomes, and design user journeys and testable experience concepts.
- Create rapid, AI-assisted prototypes and maintain a persistent clickable product demo that reflects current, coherent priority workflows.
- Produce development-ready handoff materials and collaborate with Engineering to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in product design, UX, interaction design, or related field; exceptional candidates with 1-2 years may be considered.
- Prototyping fluency in Figma and experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools like Figma Make or Lovable.
- Experience translating user problems into user journeys, prototypes, and final usable product outcomes (portfolio required).
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in relevant design roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong UX and product thinking capable of simplifying complex workflows and linking design choices to user and business outcomes.
- Comfortable challenging and collaborating with Product Managers to improve design and product direction.
- Effective communicator who can produce polished prototypes and navigate cross-functional collaboration with Engineering.
