Lead and manage the Project Finance- Financial Planning & Analysis (PFA) team, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely financial reporting and delivery.
Own end-to-end financial management of clinical studies, analyzing metrics like FTEs, invoicing, billing opportunities, and KPIs, reporting findings to senior leadership to support decision-making and study viability assessment.
Maintain sponsor-level MIS reporting including budgets, forecasts, expenses, milestones, and ad-hoc reports; support revenue forecasting, business unit reporting with insightful analysis, and collaborate closely with Project Management teams.
Bachelor’s degree with a professional accountancy qualification (CA, CMA, CPA, CWA) is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience including at least 2 years managing teams and conducting appraisals.
Experience with project revenue business, financial analysis, and planning; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); prior knowledge of Oracle Financials, Hyperion, Alteryx, Power BI is an advantage.

Experienced financial leader with proven ability managing and developing finance teams in project finance or clinical research financial planning contexts.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a track record in managing complex project financials and delivering insightful financial reporting to senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with healthcare/clinical research finance environment with operational understanding of project revenue drivers and financial KPIs, able to influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
