Experienced in managing complex, cross-domain, large-scale digital programs within agile frameworks such as Scrum-of-Scrums or SAFe.
Skilled at driving program governance, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and delivery outcomes.
Able to effectively coordinate multiple teams, manage dependencies and risks, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and leadership.
