About This Role
- Develop, enhance, and maintain analytic models based on structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business insights.
- Build, validate, and deploy data science models supporting business performance measurement and supply chain optimization.
- Create visualizations for model insights and collaborate on embedding analytics into business processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred; or Bachelor's plus 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of data science methodologies including regression, neural nets, CHAID, CART, association rules, sequence analysis, cluster analysis, and text mining.
- Proficiency in analytics software such as R, Python, SAS, SQL for model building and deployment.
- Hybrid work model requiring approximately 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience translating supply chain business requirements into mathematical models and data science solutions.
- Skilled in coding and version control tools including Docker, GitHub, and coding IDEs.
- Able to communicate analytic results effectively using visualization tools like Tableau or Python for non-technical stakeholders.
