About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) with focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Apply Agentic AI principles to create autonomous intelligent systems solving complex business problems.
- Lead prompt engineering and testing frameworks for LLM applications; handle data preparation for traditional and advanced AI/ML solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years relevant hands-on experience in AI, ML, or data science roles.
- Strong foundation in classical ML algorithms (e.g., Gradient Boosting, XGBoost, Clustering).
- Proven experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with Large Language Models.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or quantitative field.

- Experienced in applying modern AI/ML techniques including LLMs to real-world business challenges in financial services.
- Capable of working independently on complex AI solutions with strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
