About This Role
- Support Salesforce development, deployment, and maintenance across Production and non-Production environments within a regulated setting.
- Provide operational support for Salesforce environments, monitor integrations via MuleSoft, and troubleshoot connectivity between Salesforce and external systems like Veeva.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, assist in code reviews and governance compliance, and contribute to developing Salesforce Lightning components and Visualforce pages.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; Platform Developer II, Administrator, or App Builder certifications preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform (Aura and/or LWC), MuleSoft integrations, and compliance in regulated environments required.
- Work Experience Required: 2 - 4 years as stated in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Salesforce development within regulated environments, preferably with exposure to clinical or supply chain domains.
- Comfortable working under supervision in cross-functional Agile teams, handling operational support and maintenance alongside development tasks.
- Familiar with compliance, cybersecurity governance, and capable of supporting audits and validation processes related to Salesforce applications.
