About This Role
- Lead the design, delivery, and quality of complex product initiatives with measurable customer and business impact.
- Drive technical leadership including architecture decisions, engineering practices, and mentoring within the software engineering team.

Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience with senior-level leadership in technical initiatives.
- Strong professional experience in Java development and building distributed, cloud-native systems.
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and workflows throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Hybrid work location in Hyderabad, Telangana, India; requires 2-3 days per week onsite.
