About This Role
- Own the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions supporting global business requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, translating business needs into scalable, compliant Workday configurations, ensuring solution sustainability and supportability.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to deliver accurate and compliant time and absence tracking solutions within Workday environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with deep expertise in Time Tracking and Absence.
- Proven ability to independently design and deliver Workday configuration solutions from requirements through deployment.
- Experience supporting global or multi-country Workday deployments and production environments including troubleshooting live configuration changes.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years relevant Workday configuration experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Workday practitioner with strong understanding of time, absence, payroll-related business processes and downstream impacts.
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently with limited oversight, focusing on functional configuration and solution quality rather than custom development.
- Familiarity with enterprise, cross-functional environments and matrixed or global teams, with strong analytical and communication skills.
