About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure cloud-based software for AVEVA CONNECT using C#, .NET, Azure, and microservices.
- Drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and establish engineering standards across Product, Development, DevOps, Security, and R&D teams.
- Translate business and product requirements into technical designs, delivery plans, and executable backlogs.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, Microsoft Azure, and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Azure services like App Services, Function Apps, Key Vault, RBAC, and Azure Policy.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, secure software engineering, and automated testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with proven ability to make architectural and technical decisions balancing scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, Security, and Customer Support.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, Azure DevOps, observability, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular) is a plus.
