About This Role
- Configure and integrate Guidewire ClaimCenter focusing on product configuration, workflows, rules, UI, and integrations with enterprise systems using web services and APIs.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to data migration and testing activities to support cloud-ready, scalable P&C claims solutions.
- Collaborate globally to apply AI-enabled methods, reusable accelerators, and automation to improve delivery quality and reduce implementation effort in Guidewire Professional Services engagements.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 - 9 years of IT experience including hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation or enhancement, preferably in configuration or integration roles.
- Solid understanding of P&C claims lifecycle and Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration concepts (data model, workflows, rules, roles).
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP web services, messaging, batch interfaces) and data migration activities in enterprise environments.
- Comfort working in Agile/Scrum teams in a consulting or Professional Services context; strong English communication skills.

- Experienced in P&C insurance core system implementations focusing on ClaimCenter configuration and integration in cloud or on-premise environments.
- Able to translate complex business requirements into testable configuration and integration tasks within Agile delivery models.
- Demonstrates strategic use of AI, automation, and reusable assets to enhance implementation efficiency and solution quality in global consulting teams.
