About This Role
- Develop complex data-driven business plans and recommendations to guide sales strategy and address performance gaps.
- Lead and manage large cross-functional teams and time-sensitive market research projects to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Drive priority projects, make final decisions, and counsel business leaders on high-level strategy execution and innovative solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related fields.
- Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in research methodology, advanced data analysis, financial/statistical modeling using Excel, Access, and related tools.
- Work location: Hybrid model requiring approximately 2 days per week at HPE office.
