Experience managing payroll across multiple entities including US payroll and compliance with US labour laws.
Experienced in multi-entity, cross-border finance within manufacturing, hardware, EV, or cross-border commerce sectors with EXIM operations.
Proven leadership in building and scaling finance teams in startups or fast-moving environments handling strategic and tactical finance functions.
Hands-on with ERP/accounting system implementations and familiar with government incentive frameworks and investor relations.
