About This Role
- Design, develop, and operate scalable Spring Boot microservices with event-driven messaging in a regulated financial services environment.
- Implement and own RESTful APIs and contribute to API design standards and documentation.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes deployments, and production observability including incident response and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of Java development experience; 4+ years with Spring Boot microservices in production.
- Degree required: BE/BTech/MCA.
- Mandatory skills: Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Solace PubSub+, REST APIs, security practices (OWASP, OAuth2, JWT), testing (JUnit 5, Mockito, Cucumber), Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible.
- Location requirement: Pune (hybrid work model).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building resilient, secure, and high-throughput microservices in financial or similarly regulated domains.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and explaining technical trade-offs to both engineers and business stakeholders.
- Proactive ownership mentality with strong emphasis on security and production support excellence.
