About This Role
- Own financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and finance operations support to finance leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools to inform executive decision-making.
- Leverage AI tools, automation (Power Query, Power Automate, UiPath, etc.), and advanced Excel to streamline finance processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related finance analyst role.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing AI-enabled and automated finance workflows using generative AI tools and automation platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, Power Query, financial modelling).

- Experienced in incorporating AI and automation at the workflow level within finance to reduce manual tasks and improve process efficiency.
- Skilled at consolidating, validating, and analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong communicator capable of preparing and presenting financial insights and recommendations clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.
