About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements specifically for US life insurance products.
- Design, build, and test software applications to meet the detailed business needs including life and annuity correspondence.
- Serve as subject matter expert on life insurance product rules, process compliance, and facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on system solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience as a Business Analyst with proven expertise in the US life insurance domain.
- Strong knowledge of US life insurance products: Traditional Life, Annuities, Universal Life, Variable Universal Life, Interest-Sensitive Whole Life.
- Hands-on experience with life and annuity system-generated and ad-hoc correspondence letters.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years in BA role focused on US life insurance products and systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating complex life insurance product rules into software requirements and test cases.
- Comfortable driving collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery.
- Familiarity with life insurance administration platforms (e.g., Cyberlife, wmA, Ingenium) and Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) enhances competitive fit.
