About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team technical programs including platform migrations, architectural modernization, reliability improvements, and major product launches.
- Define clear milestones, success metrics, sequencing plans, and proactively manage cross-team technical dependencies and risks.
- Enhance program execution systems by improving transparency, standardizing launch rigor, and providing clear executive-level insights on progress and risks.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical or engineering program management in high-growth technology companies.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer.
- Strong technical fluency with understanding of system architecture, dependencies, and engineering tradeoffs.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large-scale, multi-quarter technical initiatives involving cross-functional teams and ambiguous problem spaces.
- Comfortable engaging closely with engineering teams on technical design and capacity planning, with proven stakeholder management skills including senior leader influence.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum/SAFe frameworks and practical application of program management systems including risk management and milestone tracking.
