Experience in Oracle implementations, upgrades, or support projects covering all Supply Chain Modules listed (Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Product Information Management, Cost Management, Maintenance, Supply Chain Collaboration, Global Order Promising, Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management).
Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience using Incident Management Systems.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant Oracle Cloud SCM support or implementation roles.
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management across multiple modules with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Experienced in client-facing roles including communication, training, and managing change requests through to completion.
Capable of working closely with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and providing ongoing functional improvements; familiarity with Oracle Cloud Quarterly Release support.
