About This Role
- Design, build, and deliver Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) platform systems with AI capabilities used critically by multiple engineering teams.
- Participate in live site monitoring, manage escalations, conduct postmortems, and drive improvements in availability, scalability, and performance.
- Onboard and support adoption of the platforms by other teams through direct integration work and hands-on collaboration rather than just documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience architecting and engineering large-scale, distributed commercial applications and services.
- Experience building and maintaining complex, large-scale internal platforms adopted by 10+ teams in critical paths at large companies.
- Proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages such as C#, C++, Go, or Python with strong computer science fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and managed services (AKS, GKE, etc.) is mandatory.
