Proven ability to evaluate and troubleshoot complex technical infrastructure challenges and lead teams to resolve them effectively.
Strategic focus on process optimization, integration, automation-first engineering, and continuous improvement within Workplace Technology platforms (Microsoft 365 suite, cloud services, etc.).
