- Ensure engineering excellence through hands-on technical depth, architecture authority, AI/ML integration, robust operational standards, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 20+ years of software engineering experience shipping large-scale, resilient consumer internet applications.
- 6+ years managing managers with leadership experience over 100+ engineers across multiple locations.
- Proven ability to contribute to codebases, architect distributed systems, and deploy AI/ML technologies at production scale.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with a blend of strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise in large-scale consumer internet or e-commerce environments.
- Capability to attract, develop, and retain elite engineering talent while scaling engineering cultures and managing cross-geography teams.
- Strong background in complex distributed systems architecture, event-driven and microservices architectures, and data platform engineering in high-scale consumer internet companies.
