About This Role
- Design and implement AKS-based deployment strategies using Infrastructure as Code and AI tools to optimize pipeline development, deployment automation, and observability.
- Manage build, release, and promotion processes with strong governance, rollback, and recovery strategies, incorporating AI-driven diagnostics.
- Collaborate with development teams to simplify deployment workflows, improve developer experience, and ensure compliance with ITSM and SOC audit requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in DevOps with a strong software development foundation.
- Hands-on expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), container orchestration, and deployment of Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Container Apps.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Workflows, GitOps tools such as Flux or ArgoCD, and AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with Java and .NET application deployment, and understanding of DevSecOps principles including release management and compliance requirements.

- Familiarity with leveraging AI-powered tools to augment productivity, automate tasks, and improve system reliability and security.
- Strong operator with hands-on skills in complex distributed systems, continuous improvement mindset, and ability to simplify complex operational issues for cross-functional collaboration.
