About This Role
- Produce and maintain scalable BI dashboards and analytics solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Own end-to-end metric lifecycle including definition, calculation logic, validation, and documentation to ensure analytical integrity.
- Lead data discovery, centralization, and documentation efforts to improve data clarity and consistency across distributed systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced SQL skills with ability to query complex, multi-schema and multi-source data environments.
- Experience delivering BI dashboards and analytics in decentralized or federated data environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in creating and managing formal metric definitions and ensuring metric consistency across distributed data sources.
- Skilled at partnering cross-functionally with business, product, and technical teams for analytics delivery and decision support.
- Comfortable operating in environments with evolving documentation and distributed data ownership, contributing to data cataloging and governance efforts.
