About This Role
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and API applications including maintaining automation scripts and frameworks.
- Integrate and maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
- Investigate test failures, report defects, and contribute to improving test coverage, quality, and QA automation maturity.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
- Hands-on or basic experience with Playwright automation and API testing using tools like Postman.
- Basic programming/scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OpenStack), Git, and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working in modern QA automation environments with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress and integrating tests in CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with web and API testing, defect lifecycle management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts, containerization, and continuous improvement mindset in QA processes.
