About This Role
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for desktop and web applications using Selenium and AccelQ.
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Azure, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and coordinate environment setup across multiple teams.
- Drive automation practices across the testing lifecycle including functional, regression, integration, and system testing, and participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
- 5+ years experience in system quality environment or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 6-8 years experience in software QA automation testing with programming knowledge in Java and SQL.
- Proven expertise in web app automation, cross-platform testing, CI/CD integration, and experience with desktop automation frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile environments with strong knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and defect management.
- Ability to lead or work independently or in a team, coordinating with development and QA to improve test coverage and automation penetration.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr), and have knowledge of Health Insurance Industry.
