About This Role
- Own extraction, manipulation, and optimization of large datasets using SQL and Python to enable data-driven decisions company-wide.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel workflows, automated reporting via Apps Script/API, and reliable dashboards on BI tools for daily business use.
- Provide actionable insights by transforming operational and business data into usable formats for non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with large dataset query optimization.
- Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and Power Query.
- On-site work location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru.

- Experienced in hands-on data wrangling, analysis, and dashboarding with a focus on operational business impact.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with cross-functional collaboration and rapid delivery cycles.
