About This Role
- Deliver high-quality product features with a customer focus and oversee engineering excellence including code coverage and review standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers while shaping architecture collaboratively with architects.
- Collaborate closely with PM, QA, and documentation teams to ensure robust testing, deployment, and clear documentation of features.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in design and development of enterprise-grade products.
- 4+ years of experience building large-scale distributed data systems in Java and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and managed cloud databases.

- Experienced engineering leader with a proven track record in leading projects and mentoring teams in enterprise product environments.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, software design, and large distributed systems.
