About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases for web applications, APIs, and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to align testing with project requirements in Agile environments.
- Support release coordination, process improvements, and communicate testing outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of IT/software development experience with expertise in test automation and QA best practices.
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, and PowerShell for automation.
- 2+ years SQL development experience.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile teams collaborating closely with multiple cross-functional roles including Architects and Release Management.
- Strong automation skill set using Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, PowerShell coupled with solid knowledge of QA methodologies and test planning.
- Familiarity with major tech stacks (C#, .Net, Java), tools (GitHub CoPilot, AWS), and emerging AI applications in software testing.
