About This Role
- Support and drive Global EP&E Lean programs focusing on process optimization, revenue enhancement, data analytics, and automation.
- Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, data analysis, and develop strategic problem statements in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Manage project milestones, deliver progress reports, and support solution design and development using Lean Methodology.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in bank services.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% based on business requirements.
