About This Role
- Develop and maintain test infrastructure and evaluation frameworks for AI-agentic Security Operations Center systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Implement and execute proof-of-concept experiments, validation techniques (including LLM-as-judge, tenant isolation probes, behavioral regression suites), and benchmarking protocols.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate contract testing, audit log validation, and security compliance into the development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of experience in software development and test automation, including large-scale testing ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Python and Go programming languages with ability to design scalable, maintainable, high-performance test infrastructure.
- Experience with security compliance frameworks and modern performance testing methodologies.
- Experience using AI to build test automation solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Engineer capable of translating complex quality challenges into technical test automation solutions in AI/ML contexts.
- Experience innovating within AI/ML tooling to enhance detection efficacy and system reliability.
- Proficient in both security and performance testing with practical expertise in contract testing and tools like Playwright, K6, JMeter.
