About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of a Trade Surveillance project focusing on Financial Markets asset classes (Options, Fixed Income, Equities) using Q KDB and Python/Pyspark.
- Lead and coordinate a cross-discipline team of 30+ developers, BAs, and automation engineers; oversee delivery plans, timelines, and governance with stakeholders including Bank representatives.
- Conduct business analysis including gap analysis, documentation of requirements, risk and issue management, testing cycles, and mentoring developers including code reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience as a Delivery Manager or Lead Business Analyst.
- Proven expertise as a Business Analyst in Financial Markets asset classes (Options, Fixed Income, Equities) and Trade Life Cycle.
- Experience managing teams of 30+ developers, BAs, and automation engineers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; technical understanding sufficient to analyze or review code changes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering complex Financial Markets and Trade Surveillance projects, preferably with knowledge of Banking/Compliance domains such as Murex.
- Capable of working closely with Subject Matter Experts to translate business processes into system/process improvements.
- Comfortable leading large technical teams and interfacing across multiple stakeholders including senior bank management and program management.
