About This Role
- Own end-to-end release planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple Agile Release Trains within a SAFe environment to ensure timely and quality delivery of digital products.
- Lead and mentor a team of Release Engineers to foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in release processes.
- Maintain clear communication and transparency with stakeholders through release notes, consolidated release calendar, and governance enforcement to minimize risks and delays.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Release Management, Delivery Management, or Project Management within digital product organizations.
- Experience in release planning and execution across multiple technology domains such as E-commerce, CRM, ERP rollouts.
- Strong understanding and practical experience working within Agile methodologies and SAFe framework.
- Location requirement: Full-time position based in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating in fast-paced, deadline-critical environments with multiple global regions (Europe, APAC, Americas) exposure is preferred.
- Hands-on technical leadership with ability to deep dive into system architectures and drive automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated skills in cross-functional coordination with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Engineering teams in complex digital product organizations.
