About This Role
- Own the entire software development lifecycle for Findur treasury system enhancements, from requirements to release, ensuring high-quality, scalable code.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and DevOps teams to shape technical solutions and improve system performance, stability, and automation.
- Drive agile best practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement while supporting integration and AI/ML exploration related to treasury operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience developing on OpenLink Findur or Endur platforms.
- Strong domain knowledge of treasury operations including financial instruments, settlements, cash management, SWIFT, and ISO 20022.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Java and Findur data modeling/system design.
- Experience working in large, global teams with multiple stakeholders.

- Experienced in translating treasury business requirements into Findur or Java-based solutions in a global environment.
- Comfortable working independently with a collaborative mindset, focusing on ownership and proactive risk management.
