About This Role
- Design, build, and run large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant middleware and API solutions using Red Hat and open source technologies.
- Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot Kafka-based data pipelines and middleware applications ensuring 24x7 production support and service reliability.
- Collaborate with customers from scoping to delivery, support presales and post-sales activities, and train/coaching team members on technical skills.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with middleware technologies and enterprise web or middleware development projects.
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift or another PaaS solution and cloud development environments.
- Proficient in JEE, middleware solutions (preferably Red Hat JBoss Middleware), API management (3scale), Kafka/AMQ, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile application development.
- Must reside in a Red Hat specified location in India (Mumbai mentioned).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in middleware and container-based continuous delivery with ability to maintain deep technical expertise during engagements.
- Comfortable operating in agile, open source, and distributed team environments with a mix of presales, technical delivery, and customer advisory roles.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and sustaining high availability of mission-critical middleware services and data pipelines.
