About This Role
- Lead independent delivery of data-driven projects for multiple airlines, focusing on network planning challenges.
- Leverage statistical methods and programming (R/Python/SQL/SAS) to solve complex business problems and automate repetitive workflows.
- Collaborate with product owners and teams to improve product quality and support team members through innovation and knowledge sharing.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in quantitative disciplines or MBA/M.E./M.Tech with minimum 2 years relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech preferred) with minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in statistical programming tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python.
- Experience in handling complex business requirements, data extraction and cleansing from diverse data sources (xml, txt, xls, sql).
- Excellent communication, customer management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in airline industry network planning and analytics, ideally with 2-3 years industry exposure.
- Capable of end-to-end automation of workflows with solid framework development skills.
- Able to translate complex quantitative analyses into clear, actionable business insights and communicate them effectively.
