About This Role
- Define and evolve the technical architecture strategy for AI initiatives aligned with business goals and platform roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI and Agentforce-driven solutions across the organization.
- Own end-to-end technical quality, governance, and compliance of AI solutions from prototype to production readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in software/solution architecture with demonstrated depth in AI/ML or agentic systems architecture.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions such as LLM-based systems, automation platforms, or Agentforce.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, integration patterns, and Salesforce platform architecture.
- Work Experience Required: 13+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced both as a strategic thinker and hands-on technical leader in AI solution delivery across multiple teams.
- Familiar with AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, and able to manage stakeholder communication at all levels.
- Comfortable working directly in code/config to prototype and ship AI agents and integrations rather than only designing.
