About This Role
- Manage month-end close and financial accounting activities across multiple legal entities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting and support statutory and internal audits.
- Drive process improvements in GL and compliance activities including automation, standardization, and adherence to internal controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in General Ledger, Record-to-Report, Financial Accounting, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of IGAAP, US GAAP, GST, TDS, TCS, statutory compliance and audit support.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, M3, SyteLine) and OneStream reporting is mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.

- Experienced in multi-entity accounting preferably within shared services or regional finance environments.
- Comfortable managing end-to-end close, reconciliations, audits, and compliance independently with multiple global stakeholders.
