About This Role
- Manage the evolution and adoption of core content operation tools, driving strategy, design, and release scheduling for internal product capabilities.
- Gather, prioritize stakeholder feedback and develop product definitions and business cases to support LSEG content offerings for internal and external customers.
- Define and report KPIs assessing tool effectiveness, stability, and resilience while deploying and continuously evolving capabilities in Content Production.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of financial markets and operations expertise, including data operations and management experience.
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience with talent development and transformational change delivery in customer/product-led environments.
- Technical skills: understanding of coding (Python, SQL), use of AI agents, expert user of Microsoft and LSEG products/tools.

- Proven history of technology-led transformation within content or data operations, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in strategizing and implementing business cases in high-pressure, multi-stakeholder contexts with senior executive communication.
