About This Role
- Drive project sales and business development for Passive Fire Protection products across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh by identifying early-stage construction and industrial projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (architects, contractors, consultants, end customers) to influence specifications from concept through tender stages.
- Prepare technical presentations, demos, proposals, and maintain CRM data; collaborate with Sales Manager – South India to convert opportunities into orders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or B.E., preferably Civil or Mechanical.
- 3 to 4 years of project sales experience in the building materials industry.
- Experience with Passive Fire Protection solutions is a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to travel approx. 50% across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in early-stage project identification and influencing multi-stakeholder decision making in the construction lifecycle.
- Strong capability in project and specification selling, with demonstrated success in technical product sales.
- Comfortable with frequent field visits and stakeholder engagement across diverse sectors such as data centres, healthcare, manufacturing, and commercial projects.
