About This Role
- Develop and execute India country business strategy aligned with regional and global objectives, targeting fixed broadband, wireless, enterprise connectivity, datacentre interconnect, and digital services markets.
- Own full country P&L including budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, cost optimization, and compliance with governance standards.
- Lead national sales, marketing, partnerships, network operations, regulatory relationships, and build high-performing go-to-market team to drive market expansion and competitive positioning.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–15+ years experience in India telecom and broadband sectors with senior leadership roles (Country Manager, GM, or Director level).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of India telecom markets, regulatory environments, and established senior relationships with terrestrial network, wireless, ISP, or mobile network operators in India.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Proven ability to lead full P&L and financial management for telecom business in India with measurable impact on cost optimization and profitability.
- Experienced in developing and managing strategic partnerships and regulatory engagements within the India telecom ecosystem.
