About This Role
- Own technical coordination and define software requirements in collaboration with German customers and partners.
- Design, develop, and validate embedded software architecture and drivers, focusing on communication protocols like SPI, I2C, DMA, ADC, UART, and board bring-up activities.
- Guide and mentor technical teams including conducting artifact reviews and enforcing development best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in embedded driver development on microcontrollers like STM32, Giga Device, TI, or TLE.
- Expertise in Embedded C and advanced C++ programming (design patterns, templates), with software architecture and UML design skills.
- Experience with unit, integration, system testing, and agile development methodologies.
- Degree: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in embedded platform development projects with deep device driver and board bring-up experience.
- Capable of leading technical teams and coordinating multi-party software development across geographies.
- Hands-on experience with software architecture design, testing frameworks, and agile environments to deliver reliable embedded solutions.
