About This Role
- Conduct detailed financial analysis including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business unit performance and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios and assist decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial and operational metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools such as Excel; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Legal right to work in the country of the role; willingness to travel approximately 5%.

- Experienced in advanced financial planning and decision support within a corporate or healthcare setting.
- Ability to handle complex financial models and detailed variance analysis independently.
