About This Role
- Lead and develop a team managing supply chain network modeling, advanced analytics, and optimization projects to support operational decisions.
- Own delivery and quality assurance of network design, transportation optimization, capacity planning, and inventory optimization initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Translate complex business challenges into quantitative models and actionable insights influencing senior leadership decisions across supply chain strategy and operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics & Optimization with 2+ years in team management or leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in network optimization and supply chain modeling tools such as Optilogic, Llamasoft, Coupa, Power BI, Alteryx, or Databricks.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in supply chain analytics and optimization with leadership exposure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating business requirements into advanced supply chain network models and scenario analyses focusing on cost, service, inventory, and capacity tradeoffs.
- Skilled in managing project portfolios with demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication to influence supply chain strategy.
- Strong leadership in developing technical teams skilled in modeling standards, continuous improvement, and adoption of automation and advanced analytics technologies.
